Kitchens and bathrooms are where most electrical jobs go wrong on renovations — wrong fan ducting, GPOs too close to wet zones, missing isolators on heated mirrors, no RCD on new circuits, fittings installed before tiler or builder is finished. We work directly with your builder, tiler and joiner so the electrical is roughed in at the right stage, fitted off after tiling, and signed off cleanly at the end.

For kitchens we wire dedicated circuits for ovens, induction cooktops, dishwashers and rangehoods, fit appliance-rated GPOs behind cabinetry, install under-cabinet LED strip with proper drivers, and provide a Certificate of Compliance for every new circuit.

For bathrooms we install IPX4-rated downlights in wet zones, ducted extractor fans vented properly through the roof (not into the ceiling cavity), heated towel rail circuits with isolators, heated floor thermostats, IP-rated shaver outlets, and shaver lights over mirrors. Every install meets AS/NZS 3000 zone rules for bathrooms — that part is non-negotiable.
